Peter Melamed

Peter Melamed is an associate in Kim & Bae’s Commercial Litigation Department. Mr. Melamed is a member of the Bars of the States of New Jersey and New York.
Mr. Melamed received a B.A. in Architecture from Princeton University in 1992, a Master of Architecture from University of Pennsylvania in 1995, and a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2006, where he was Senior Articles Editor of the Cardozo Law Review. Mr. Melamed has published a Note, An Alternative to the Contingent Fee? Assessing the Incentive Effects of the English Conditional Fee Arrangement, 27 Cardozo L. Rev. 2433 (2006).
