Alan L. Poliner is an attorney in the Commercial Litigation department of Kim & Bae, P.C. Mr. Poliner’s areas of expertise are commercial litigation, franchise law, and franchise litigation. Mr. Poliner also has IP litigation experience.

Prior to joining Kim & Bae, P.C., Mr. Poliner was a Senior Counsel at two national automotive franchise systems performing both litigation and transactional work.

Mr. Poliner is a member of the Bars of the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. district Courts for New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Poliner received his J.D. degree from Temple University Law School where he graduated cum laude. He was also recognized for his writing ability. While at Temple, he also participated in the nationally recognized Trial Advocacy program.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Poliner had another career as an electrical engineer designing CPU chips for Unisys. Mr. Poliner also served as a civilian avionics engineer for the U.S. Navy.
